“I have been attending personal training with Darren for approx 1 year. When I first started I had had a TIA, suffered with high blood pressure was grossly overweight and totally unfit. He adapted my training to suit my age and condition and I have lost approx 4 stone, completely changed my body shape and feel fitter now than 30 years ago and have managed to reduce all my medication to a minimum.

I've trained other places but struggled with back problems and knee problems after ACL surgery, causing constant injuries. Since training with Darren my back has never been better and my knee stronger! I am pushed to my limits in every single session which becomes addictive and does get results.
