Great one to one personalised training and small group sessions. I can't speak highly enough about Darren and his fantastic approach to exercise/training. Since training with him I've had no injuries, taken part in and successfully completed running events which I might otherwise have had doubts about, including a 50 miles ultramarathon. No matter what your reason is to get fit I just can't recommend Fit2TheCore highly enough.

I was suffering with a long standing shoulder injury and was recomended Darren by a friend. Darren managed to diagnose the issue, gave me some deep tissue massage to the problem area and an exercise plan. Within weeks the injury had cleared up and as yet has yet to return. Couldn't of hoped for a better outcome. Also found Darren very personable to deal with. Highly recommended.

I’ve seen Darren a few times now for back and shoulder problems which I’d almost given up hope with as I’d tried lots of places without success and wasting money.
Darren works to your individual needs, has a huge level of knowledge and explains what you need to know in a way that you understand.
From day one I’ve felt comfortable and feel improvement towards my goal.
Sports massage, injury’s, fitness, training, fit 2 the core does it all.
Extremely great opening times as I work shifts and darrens always said if I can’t find a time to book just get in touch.

I had achy shoulder and the pain was radiating down my arm and i couldn’t move my neck cos for some reason it was triggering the pain too. It was a very short notice but Darren fitted us in and I am so grateful for that cos I was in so much discomfort this morning. He did a deep muscle massage and it loosen the knots and spastic muscles mostly on my shoulder muscles, I am not gonna lie it was sore especially when the knots pops but it was worth it. I highly recommend Darren if you need a deep muscle massage.

This review is on behalf of my husband who’s been suffering with a ‘bad back’ since mid January. He’s been to other physios but nothing helped… until he went to Darren!
After a thorough consultation, Darren advised what he thought the problem was and started to treat it. He diagnosed issues that hasn’t been mentioned by other practitioners and after just 2 treatments, my husband is starting to feel better and finally, he can see an end in sight!
Darren is extremely knowledgeable and along with treating issues with massage, he can recommend stretches and PT to help avoid reoccurring injuries!
He’s a great find (recommended by a family member who also felt the same about Darren’s treatments). We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him and have done so already, to several people!

“Finally got to one of their trail races (long story but 3rd time lucky), 5km Chopwell Woods on 9/10/22. Had entered the 10km but dropped down to the 5km when it was announced. Darren very helpful and happy to help. The race was well organised, and I thought it was well signed, but I heard some of the faster runners went off course. Course was a good mix of trails, technical in places. We (me and my two Bedlington Terriers) thoroughly enjoyed it. All the marshall's were really friendly and the bling was pretty cool too. We'll definitely be back in February (entry already in)”
